Development of Chinese Campus Basketball in the New Era

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地调研法等,对新时代我国校园篮球发展困境及路径进行研究。当前我国校园篮球发展困境主要有:教育政策落实不足,忽略体育的潜在价值;课程师资力量短缺,未能满足多元化需求;缺乏完整竞赛体系,不利于可持续发展;家庭社会观念落后,影响参与积极主动性。发展路径:加强顶层规划设计,促进体教部门协作融合;改善师资后勤投入,创新课程设置评价保障;构建完整竞赛体系,丰富校园篮球整体建设;促使社会思想转变,创造学训结合舒适环境。

This paper studies the diffi culty and development path of the Chinese campus basketball in the new era.It is found that the development of Chinese campus basketball is still facing much difficulty,such as the potential value not fully recognized with insufficient implementation of educational policies and deficiency faculty,the diversified demand not met greatly with incomplete competition system,inactive participation due to outdated concepts of the family and society.The suggestions are as follows:we should strengthen top-level planning and design,promote the integration of sports and education departments,improve the logistic input of teachers,innovate the evaluation guarantee of curriculum.The author also considers that we should strengthen toplevel planning for the intergration of sports department and education department;enhance teachers'qualities and support systems for the innovation of course design and course assessment;build the complete competition system to enrich the overall construction of campus basketball;promote people's ideas change and the construction of comfortable environment for learning and training.
