胶带输送机多点驱动功率平衡控制方法研究

Research on Power Balance Control Method of Multi-point Drive for Belt Conveyor

本文针对塔山矿带式输送机机采用多点驱动功率平衡问题,分析了多点驱动皮带机的功率平衡原理,介绍了RBF神经网络PID控制方法,提出了两点及两点以上驱动的功率平衡策略及控制流程,现场应用验证了所提控制方法的有效性。

This paper studies the power balance of multi-point driving belt conveyor in Tashan Coal Mine, firstly analyzes the power balance principle of multi-point driving belt conveyor, and gives the power balance strategy of twopoint driving and above driving. Secondly, the RBF neural network PID control method is introduced. Finally, the control flow of power balance strategy is given, and the effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified.
