民族地区高校教师创新创业教育能力调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Educational Capacity of Innovation and Entrepreneurship about University Teachers in Ethnic Group Areas in the Era of Digital Economy

数字经济时代以大数据、云计算、物联网融合发展的以人力资本为核心要素的创新性经济成为促进国家经济转型升级的新生动力,高校在创新型国家中扮演着智力和人才支撑的重要角色。新时代提升高校教师创新创业教育能力是民族地区实现百年教育目标的基础,也为民族地区经济发展提供良好契机。通过随机调查分析及访谈方式了解民族地区高校教师创新创业教育能力的现实特征以及存在的问题,并提出民族地区提升高校教师创新创业教育能力的对策。

The innovative economy which human capital is core element are becoming new driving force to promote the national economic transformation and upgrading in the era of digital economy with big data,cloud computing and Internet of things,universities play an important role in providing intellectual and talent support for innovative countries.University teachers promote and optimize educational capacity of innovation and entrepreneurship to be the foundation of realizing the education goal of the century and also provides a good opportunity for the economic development of ethnic group areas.We tried to understand the realistic characteristics and problems about educational capacity of innovation and entrepreneurship about university teachers in ethnic group areas by random investigation and interview,and offer suggestions to improve university teachers’the educational capacity innovation and entrepreneurship.
