摘要 以某2×1000 MW超超临界火力发电机组为例,介绍了四大管道支吊架预防性维护在管系应力安全方面的重要作用。分析了常见的管系支吊架缺陷对管系应力的影响,并提出了相应的处理方法,为机组的长期、安全、稳定运行提供了保障,对类似机组具有指导意义。 Taking the 2×1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in a thermal power plant as example, the important role of preventive maintenance of four major pipelines supports and hangers in pipe system stress safety was introduced. The influence of the common pipe supports and hangers defects on the pipe system stress was analyzed, and the corresponding treatment methods were proposed, which provided guarantee for the long-term, safe and stable operation of the unit, and has guiding significance for similar units.
