摘要 针对调度操作票系统无法智能自动开票,需手工录入,无法提高工作效率的问题,通过分析电力系统的特点,基于调度操作票开票高规范性的原则,设计了基于Python的集成式智能调度操作票自动开票系统。该系统基于Python的程序流程,运用分治算法实现调度操作票中的带电作业操作票、10 kV线路操作票和35 kV线路操作票的一键式自动开票,大大缩减调控员日常开票的时间,减轻了调控员的工作压力,同时提高操作票的安全性和规范性,大大提高调控的工作效率。 In order to solve the problem that the dispatching operation ticket system can’t make intelligent automatic Invoicing, needs manual entry and can’t improve work efficiency, the characteristics of the power system was analyzed, and an integrated intelligent dispatching operation ticket automatic invoicing system based on Python and based on the principle of high standardization of dispatching operation ticket invoicing was designed. The system was based on the Python program flow, and a divide-and-conquer algorithm was used to implement one-button automatic invoicing of live work operation tickets, 10 kV line operation tickets, and 35 kV line operation tickets in dispatch operation tickets. The time for the controller to invoice daily was significantly reduced and the pressure on the controller’s work was reduced. At the same time the safety and standardization of the operation ticket was improved and the efficiency of the control was greatly improved.
