早发2型糖尿病患者发病的危险因素及其在不同性别间的差异

Risk factors for incidence of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and its difference between gender

目的探讨早发2型糖尿病的危险因素及其在不同性别间的差异。方法收集123例早发糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)与67例非糖尿病患者(对照组)的临床资料,分析早发2型糖尿病患者发病的危险因素,比较不同性别早发2型糖尿病患者发病的影响因素的差异。结果(1)糖尿病组与对照组之间,男性、吸烟史、酗酒史、熬夜史、高血压病史、糖尿病家族史者比例,以及三酰甘油、HDL-C、体质指数、尿酸水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、有糖尿病家族史、高三酰甘油血症及低HDL-C血症是影响早发2型糖尿病发生的危险因素(均P<0.05)。(2)亚组分析结果显示,女性糖尿病组有高血压病史、熬夜史者比例较对照组高,三酰甘油水平较对照组高;男性糖尿病组有吸烟史、糖尿病家族史者比例较对照组高,HDL-C水平较对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论男性、有糖尿病家族史、高三酰甘油血症及低HDL-C血症是早发2型糖尿病的独立危险因素,但不同性别间早发2型糖尿病的影响因素可能存在差异。

Objective To explore the risk factors for incidence of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus and its difference between gender.Methods The clinical data of 123 patients with early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus(diabetes group)and 67 patients without diabetes(control group)were collected.The risk factors for incidence of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed,and the different in factors affecting incidence of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus were compared between gender.Results(1)There were statistically significant difference between the diabetes group and the control group in proportions of males,smoking history,drinking history,history of staying up late,history of hypertension,and family history of diabetes,as well as TG,HDL-C,body mass index and uric acid(all P<0.05);multiple Logistic regression analysis results showed that males,family history of diabetes,hypertriglyceridemia,and low HDL-C were the risk factors affecting the incidence of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus(all P<0.05).(2)The results of the subgroup analysis showed that,compared with the control group,the female diabetes group had higher proportions of hypertension history and history of staying up late and higher TG level,and the male diabetes group had higher proportions of smoking history and family history of diabetes and lower HDL-C level(all P<0.05).Conclusion Males,family history of diabetes,hypertriglyceridemia,and low HDL-C are independent risk factors for early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the influencing factors of early-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus differ in gender.
