摘要
水性汽车涂料在高温烘烤后,清漆已经高度交联,重涂时中涂、色漆想要在其上层附着,难度很大。若要提升附着力,可从两个方面入手:一是物理方法,通过对清漆层进行打磨处理,提升其表面积,进而改善附着力;二是化学方法,通过对中涂、色漆中的树脂和助剂进行筛选和调整,改善其刚性和对下层基材的咬合能力,从而提升其对清漆层的附着力。
After baking the waterborne automotive coatings,the varnish has been highly crosslinked,it is very difficult for the primer and topcoat to adhere to the varnish surface. For improve adhesion,there are 2 ways can be used: first is the physical method,through sanding the varnish,to increase its surface area,so that the primer or topcoat has more contact area on its top,thereby improving adhesion. The second way is the chemical method,through selection and adjustment of the resin and additive in the primer and topcoat,improve its rigidity and the ability to bite on the lower substrate,so as to enhancing its adhesion to the varnish layer.
