浅析分散剂在溶剂型涂料中的应用

Analysis on the Application of Dispersant in Solvent-Based Coatings

溶剂型涂料是以有机溶剂为分散介质而制得的涂料。虽然其存在着污染环境、浪费能源等问题,但从性能比较来看,溶剂型涂料仍占有很大优势,仍有一定的应用范围。分散剂是涂料的重要组成部分,从涂料细度及贮存稳定性、涂膜颜色、光泽及病态现象等几个方面阐述了合适的分散剂及其加量对涂料体系和生产效率的影响。

Solvent-based coatings are coatings made with organic solvents as dispersion media. Although it has problems such as environmental pollution and waste of energy,from the perspective of performance comparison,the solvent-based coatings still has a certain range of applications. The dispersant is an important component of paint,in this paper,the effects of suitable dispersant and its dosage on the coatings system and production efficiency were discussed from several aspects,such as fineness,storage,color,gloss and ill-condition of coating film.
