摘要
探讨了新工厂涂装车间PVC底涂胶胶雾粘附在电泳车身上,导致电泳车身需要ED打磨线操作人员"整车拉毛"的问题,它严重影响了涂装车间的可动率。通过调整室体送排风结构、空气喷枪的枪距、增加遮蔽等措施,彻底解决了这一问题,保证了车身的品质及生产的可动率。
This paper discusses the problem that the PVC bottom coating glue mist adheres to the electrophoresis car body in the painting workshop of the new factory,which leads to the problem that the electrophoresis car body needs the operator of ED polishing line to"pull the whole car’s hair",seriously affects the movable rate of the painting workshop. By adjusting the air supply and exhaust structure of the chamber,the gun distance of the air spray gun,increasing the shelter and other measures,the problem of the glue mist has been completely solved,and the product quality and the movable rate of production have been improved.
