气相色谱法测定内墙涂料中挥发性有机化合物含量的影响因素探讨

Discussion on Influencing Factors of Determination of VOC Content in Interior Wall Paint by Gas Chromatography Methods

对气相色谱法测定内墙涂料中挥发性有机化合物含量准确度的影响因素作了分析探讨,主要从仪器条件(包括气体流速、色谱柱及柱温选择、进样方式等)、试样制备及数据处理方法(内标法相对校正因子响应)等方面对测定结果的影响因素进行了探讨,并提出了减少影响因素、提高测试准确度的方法。

The factors affecting the accuracy of the determination of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in interior wall paint by gas chromatography method were analyzed. It discussed the influence factors on the measurement results mainly from the instrument conditions(including gas flow rate,chromatographic column and column temperature selection,sampling method,etc.),sample preparation and data processing methods(response factors of internal standard method)etc. Besides,it provides the methods reducing influencing factors and improving test accuracy.
