摘要
针对事业单位档案管理需求结合云计算和大数据技术设计事业单位档案管理系统,实现了档案资源的云存储,保证了数据的安全性和可靠性;系统根据档案的类型自动选择结构化存储和非结构化存储.系统将档案全部进行数字化,并使用RFID标签对非电子档案进行标识,既方便识别又方便档案维护,对于保密数据进行加密和多级授权访问,另外,系统提供了远程档案查阅功能.
According to the needs of public institution archives management,Public Institution Archives Management System is designed and implemented by combining Cloud Computing and the technology of Big Data,which realizes the Cloud storage of archives resources and ensures the security and reliability of data.The system automatically selects structured storage and unstructured storage according to the types of archives.The system digitalizes all archives and identifies non electronic archives using RFID tags,which is convenient for identification and maintenance of archives.It can encrypt confidential data and provide multi-level authorized access.In addition,the system provides the function of remote access to archives.
