一种基片集成波导-微带过渡器的仿真设计

摘要 基片集成波导是一种新型传输线,具有高Q值、易于集成、高功率容量等优点.在研究基片集成波导基本理论的基础上,为了便于器件间的互连,设计了一种基片集成波导-微带的过渡器.为了验证设计思路的正确性,设计了12~18 GHz的基片集成波导-微带的过渡器.仿真结果显示:在12~18 GHz范围内,各端口均回波损耗均小于-20 dB,实现了良好的匹配. The substrate-integrated waveguide is a new type of transmission line,with high Q value,easy integration,high power capacity etc.Substrate integrated waveguide based on the research on the basis of the basic theory,in order to facilitate the interconnection between devices,designed a kind of substrate integrated waveguide to microstrip transition device,in order to verify the correctness of the design thinking,design for 12~18 GHz substrate integrated waveguide to microstrip transition device,the simulation results show that:in the 12~18 GHz range each port all return loss are less than 20 dB,achieved a good match.
