摘要
针对某工厂电镀废水镍浓度超标的问题,根据废水的性质和多方位的实验结果分析,决定采用次氯酸钠氧化法来续批式对该废水进行收集处理,以满足处理后达标排放。介绍了含镍电镀废水处理工艺原理和流程,以及半自动化控制流程,既满足了环保要求,又减轻了操作人员的工作量。
For the excessive nickel level in the waste water from electroplating in a factory,based on the nature of the waste water and multiple test results,it is decided to use the oxidation process with sodium hypochlorite to treat the waste water,so as to meet the discharge standard. The process principle and flow for treating such nickel-containing waste water,and the semi-automatic control process are outlined,which meets the environmental requirements and reduces the workload for the operator.
