民国“陪都”重庆音乐期刊发展述析

A Study on the Music Journals in the War-time Capital Chongqing

20世纪40年代因抗日战争影响,伴随国民政府首府向西南迁移,重庆被颁定为“陪都”,成为战时的政治经济文化中心。音乐期刊发展受此影响随之呈现出活跃的态势。在六年多的时间里,先后创办了19种音乐期刊,每年都有两至三种新刊更替。其中既有国民政府官办的,也有民间音乐社团或出版机构编辑出版的。办刊宗旨虽有不同、办刊特色异彩纷呈,但都能够在抗日民族统一战线旗帜下,承载那个时代文化传播的需要,讴唱最嘹亮的抗战歌谣,为推动我国音乐文化发展,发挥出了应有的平台传播效用。

In the 1940s,due to the influence of the Anti Japanese War,with the capital of the national government moving to the southwest,Chongqing was made the"war-time capital"and became the political,economic and cultural center.The development of music journals was affected by this,and showed an active trend.In more than six years,19 kinds of music journals were successively established,and 2-3 kinds of journals were replaced every year.Among them,there were not only those run by the national government,but also those edited and published by nongovernmental music associations or publishing houses.Although there were different purposes and distinctive features of publishing these journals,they all carried the needs of cultural communication in that era under the banner of the Anti Japanese national united front,sang the loudest Anti Japanese war songs,and played a due role in platform communication to promote the development of Chinese music and culture.
