新疆油田稀油乳状液高频脉冲低温电脱水可行性试验 被引量:3

摘要 随着新疆油田进入开采中后期,原油采出液性质日趋恶劣,电脱水技术面临脱后含水高、能耗增加、操作不稳等诸多问题.为探索适用于现场的高效低耗电脱水技术,在对原油粘温特性、密温特性和界面张力等性质全面测定的基础上,基于高频脉冲电聚结技术,开展新疆油田二厂81#原油采出液低温电脱水试验.结果表明,电压幅值为4 kV、频率为5 kHz、脉宽比为0.5、操作温度为35℃、脱水时间60 min时,原油脱水效果最优,脱后含水率可降至0.5%以下,符合外输要求.研究结果为油田原油采出液低温电脱技术的实现提供了重要参考价值. As the Xinjiang Oilfield comes into the middle and late period,the property of produced crude oil is deteriorating increasingly,which causes many problems in electric dehydration technology,such as high water content,increased energy consumption and unstable operation.To explore the high-efficiency and low-power electric dehydration technique applicable to site,based on the comprehensive measurement of crude oil properties such as viscosity-temperature characteristics,density-temperature characteristics and interfacial tension,using high-frequency pulse electrocoalescence method,the low-temperature and electric dehydration test of 81#produced crude oil from Xinjiang Oilfield Second Factory was carried out.The results show that when the voltage amplitude is 4 kV,the frequency is 5 kHz,the duty ratio is 0.5,the operating temperature is 35℃,and the dehydration time is 60 min,the effect of oil-water separation is optimum.The water content after dehydration can be reduced to less than 0.5%,which meets the requirements of export.The research results provide an important reference value for realizing low-temperature electric dehydration method of produced crude oil in oilfield.
