热泵用涡旋压缩机补气位置特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对热泵空调用涡旋压缩机的补气增焓技术的研究与应用,对补气增焓涡旋式压缩机的补气孔位置进行了理论研究.结果表明:相对于无补气过程,有补气过程的制热量和能效比增加,排气温度下降,排气压力上升.在所选计算工况下,与无补气热泵系统相比,补气位置在吸气腔时能够获得最大的制热量增量,补气位置在吸气腔和压缩腔时能够获得最大的EER增量,补气位置在吸气口和压缩腔时能够最大限度的降低排气温度. The application and development of heat pump air conditioning technology has attracted wide attention in the automotive industry.Further expansion of its low temperature applicability,energy efficiency and reliability are current hot topics.For the research and application of the vapor injection technology of a scroll compressor for automotive heat pump air conditioning system,a theoretical research was conducted on the position of the vapor injection hole of vapor injection type scroll compressor.Results show that both the heating capacity and energy efficiency ratio increased,the discharge temperature decreased and the discharge pressure rose for systems with the vapor injection process than those without a vapor injection.Under the operating conditions selected for calculation,compared with the system without vapor injection system,the vapor injection position when it is in the suction chamber can gain the max.increment of heating capacity,the vapor injection position when it is in the suction chamber and the compression chamber can gain the max.EER increment,and the vapor injection position when it is in the suction chamber and compression chamber can obtain the minimum discharge temperature.
