摘要
通过对轿车点火开关锁壳和锁芯的形体进行分析,锁壳两侧存在多种型孔和型槽,上下方向存在型孔,成型锁壳的压铸模两侧需采用斜导柱抽芯机构,上、下型孔的型芯应分别设置在定、动模板上。锁芯两侧也存在多种型孔和型槽,上方存在多种型孔,其压铸模两侧也需要采用斜导柱抽芯机构,上方型孔的型芯应设置在定模板上,由于锁壳和锁芯材料相同、质量相近,锁壳和锁芯可同时在同1副模具中成型。为了实现2个型腔熔体流量的平衡,模具浇口的深度应相同,试模时若发现某型腔填充不足或成型的零件存在疏松,可通过修改该型腔的浇口深度加以解决。
Through the shape analysis of the lock case and lock core of the car ignition switch,there are many kinds of holes and grooves on two sides of the lock case,and there are some holes in the upper and lower directions.It was concluded that the inclined guide pillar core-pulling mechanism was needed on the two sides of the die-casting die,and the core of the upper and lower holes should be set on the fixed moving template re⁃spectively.Also,there are many kinds of hole and groove on two sides of the lock core,and there are many kinds of holes in the upper direction.The core pulling mechanism with inclined guide pillar also needed on two sides of the die casting die.The core of the upward holes should be set on the fixed template.Because the material and weight of the lock case and the lock core are the same,they could be set in two cavities of the same die.In order to achieve the balance of flow rate in the two cavities,the gate depth could be the same.If it occurs insufficient filling in one cavity or loose material in the debug⁃ging process,it could be solved by repairing the depth of the cavity gate.
