摘要
针对加工主轴过程中需要保证精度较多的问题,利用灰色关联分析法对加工主轴过程中不同部位精度进行分析,建立灰色关联系数矩阵,求出不同部位精度与主轴精度之间的关联度,找出加工主轴过程中需要控制的关键质量点。再利用模型GM(1,1)对机床的原始维修时间数据建模,预测机床下一次维修时间,通过对机床的提前维修保证主轴关键部位的加工精度,达到对关键质量点的主动控制,保证加工主轴的精度。
Aiming at many precisions need to be controlled in the spindle processing,the ac⁃curacy of different parts in spindle processing was analyzed by using grey correlation analy⁃sis method.Through establishing grey correlation coefficient matrix,the relevance of accura⁃cy between spindle and various parts was obtained,and the key quality control point in spindle processing was located.Then the grey model GM(1,1)was used to model the origi⁃nal maintenance time data of the machine tool and predicted the next maintenance time.The critical part accuracy was guaranteed in turn control the key quality point and ensure the processing precision of spindle through repairing machine tool ahead of time.
