试论胃痞病的阶段传变与三级架构模型

On the Phase transmission and three-level architecture model of stuffiness of stomach

文章从临床角度出发,研究了胃痞病的阶段发展与转归,进而构建了胃痞病"疾病-阶段层次-证型"的三级架构模型。总结出胃痞病根据病情发展的不同病机和症状,可分为早期阶段,中期阶段,以及后期阶段,并提出了不同阶段的治法方药。构建胃痞疾病的模型对临床诊疗中精简辨治、截断病势都有着重要意义。

From clinical perspective,this paper studies the stage development and outcome of the stuffiness of stomach,and then constructs a three-level framework model of"disease-stage-syndrome type"of it.According to the different pathogenesis and symptoms of the disease,it can be divided into early stage,middle stage,and later stage.The prescriptions and medicines for different stages were put forward.It is of great significance to construct the disease model of stuffiness of stomach for simplifying the diagnosis and treatment and cutting off the disease situation in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
