运动世界校园APP对大学生体育锻炼坚持性及中长跑能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探究运动世界校园APP的推行对大学生体育锻炼坚持性及中长跑能力的影响,运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对郑州科技学院非体育专业在校生及其使用运动世界校园APP的情况展开调查。首先,描述了被调查用户的基本特征;其次,分析学生使用该APP先后两个学期在锻炼时间、锻炼频率上的变化,进而探究该APP对大学生体育锻炼坚持性的影响;再次,对学生不同时期的800/1000 m测试成绩进行对比分析,进而探究该APP的推行对大学生中长跑能力的影响;最后得出以下结论:运动世界校园APP的推行能明显改善大学生体育锻炼的坚持性,并且能有效提高大学生的中长跑能力。 In order to explore the impact of the implementation of the Sports World Campus APP on college students’persistence of physical exercise and mid-to-long distance running ability,using such methods as questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,and quantitative analysis,investigated the use of Sports World Campus APP.First,analyzed the basic characteristics of the survey sample;second,compared and analyzed the differences in exercise time and frequency between the first semester and the second semester of students’using the APP,and then explored the impact of the APP on physical exercise adherence of college students.By quantitative analysis on the 800/1000 meters test results of students at different periods,explored the impact of the implementation of the APP on the middle and long distance running ability of college students.Finally had the following conclusions:the implementation of the Sports World campus APP can significantly improve college students’physical exercise and can effectively improve the middle and long distance running ability of college students.
