人类命运共同体作为解决人类问题和全球困境的重要理念,日益取得国际社会价值认同,这为提升中国国际话语权提供了重要契机。中国奇迹为世界经济发展提升做出了中国贡献,中国道路为世界发展中国家的现代化之路提供了中国方案。在百年未有之大变局中,在中国由大国走向强国的新时代,讲好“中国故事”为世界发展提供中国精神、中国力量,意义重大。因此,新时代中国国际话语权提升的现实逻辑就是:以解决自身发展问题为起点,进而为全球困境贡献中国方案,在推进构建人类命运共同体的具体实践中,传播中国价值、中国声音,从而实现从国际话语的被动接受者转变为国际话语的建设者和引领者。
