低透破碎含水厚煤层高压水力扩孔瓦斯自排提效应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对观音山煤矿C5厚煤层透气性差、煤质破碎且松软、局部含水等特点,开展底板穿层钻孔高压水力扩孔自排提效应用研究。通过现场试验表明,扩孔工艺大幅提高了钻孔瓦斯自排效率;钻孔出渣速率与瓦斯自排效率在限值内正相关。研究为类似矿井高压水力扩孔提高钻孔瓦斯自排效果提供了参考依据。 Aiming at the characteristics of C5 thick coal seam in Guanyinshan Coal Mine,such as poor air permeability,broken and soft coal and local water content,a study on the self-draining effect of high-pressure hydraulic reaming through floor drilling was carried out.Field tests showed that the hole reaming process greatly improved the efficiency of gas drainage from the borehole;the slag extraction rate from the borehole was positively related to the efficiency of gas drainage within the limit.The research provided a reference basis for improving the effect of self-draining gas in similar mines by high-pressure hydraulic expansion.
