摘要 为了对煤矿工作面采空区及上隅角瓦斯进行有效治理,通过理论计算工作面"三带"高度,设计不同层位顶板走向高位钻孔并分析生产期间钻孔抽采参数,研究了整个生产过程中同层位、不同层位高位钻孔瓦斯抽采参数,以确定合理的层位高度,同时对后期钻孔参数进行优化调整,以便更好地解决工作面采空区及上隅角瓦斯问题。结果表明:工作面实际垮落高度比理论偏低,通过现场实际验证,最佳层位高度为9.7~21.0 m;抽采前期,低层位钻孔效果优于高层位钻孔,后期随工作面推进,低层位钻孔抽采效果变差时,高层位钻孔刚好弥补缺陷,确保任何时段均可对工作面采空区瓦斯进行高效治理。 In order to effectively control the gas in the goaf and upper corner of the coal mine face,by theoretically calculating the height of the three-zones of the working face,designing high-level drilling holes in the roof direction of different layers and analyzing the drilling and drainage parameters during production.The gas drainage parameters of high-level boreholes in the same layer and different layers in the entire production process were studied to determine the reasonable layer height.At the same time,the later drilling parameters were optimized and adjusted in order to better solve the gas problems in the goaf and upper corner of the working face.The results showed that the actual caving height of the working face was lower than the theoretical level.Through field verification,the best horizon height was 9.7~21.0 m.In the early stage of drainage,the drilling effect of the low horizon was better than that of the high horizon.When the working face advances and the low-level borehole drainage effect became worse,the upper-level borehole just compensates for the defects,ensuring that the gas in the goaf of the working face could be efficiently controlled at any time.
