Research and application of high-efficiency dust removal technology in fully-mechanized excavation face

摘要 为了降低综掘工作面粉尘浓度,采用长压短抽式的通风方式进行有效控尘。针对园子沟煤矿综掘工作面的具体情况,利用Fluent模拟软件,对不同压抽流量比下综掘工作面风流流场及粉尘扩散分布进行了模拟分析。研究表明:对于长压短抽式通风除尘,当压抽比小于1.1时,除尘效率随压抽比的增大而升高;当压抽比大于1.1后,除尘效率随压抽比的增大而降低;当压抽比为1.1时,除尘效率最高,为84%。 In order to reduce the concentration of dust in comprehensive excavation work,long-pressure and short-extraction ventilation methods were used to effectively control dust.Aiming at the specific physical conditions of the fully-mechanized mining face in Yuanzigou Coal Mine,the Fluent simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the air flow field and dust diffusion distribution of fully-mechanized mining face under different pressure drainage flow ratios.Research shows that:for long-pressure short-extraction ventilation and dust removal,when the pressure-extraction ratio was less than 1.1,the dust removal efficiency was increased with the increase of the pressure extraction ratio;when the pressure extraction ratio was greater than 1.1,the dust removal efficiency was increased with the pressure extraction ratio.However,when the pressure-pumping ratio was 1.1,the dust removal efficiency was the highest,which was 84%.
