摘要
义安矿业井下防突风门目前主要通过人力使用杠杆进行开启,在个别负压大的通车、行人、运料巷道,虽然使用杠杆式开启装置能解决风门开启的难易程度,但在恢复风门门扇关闭状态的过程中,因负压较大,容易造成门扇关闭速度过快,人员来不及闪躲进而挤伤行人。针对这种情况,义安矿业通过研究电控自动风门原理,分析得出电控风门感应元器件易损,其电气设备也易出现失爆,无法适用于煤与瓦斯突出矿井。因此,为消除多方面的不安全因素,义安矿业自行设计了气控风门自动闭锁装置,它不使用电力驱动,但是其自动化程度与电控自动风门相当,这一新的设计不仅提升了防突风门的实用性和自动化程度,还增强了通风系统的稳定性、可靠性。
At present,the anti outburst door in the underground of Yi′an Mining Industry is mainly opened by manpower.Although the lever type opening device can solve the difficulty of opening the door in some traffic,pedestrian and material conveying tunnels with large negative pressure,in the process of restoring the closed state of the door leaf,due to the large dynamic pressure,it is easy to cause the closing speed of the door leaf to be too fast,so that people can′t dodge and crush the people.In view of this situation,through the study of the principle of electronic control automatic damper,it was proposed that the induction components of electronic control damper are vulnerable,and its electrical equipment is prone to explosion,which can not be applied to coal and gas outburst mines.Therefore,in order to eliminate various unsafe factors,the automatic locking device of the air control damper was designed in Yi′an Mining Industry.It does not use electric drive,but its automation level is flush with the electronic control automatic damper.This new design not only improves the practicability and automation of the anti outburst damper,but also enhances the stability and reliability of the ventilation system.
