摘要
为解决新义煤矿松软厚煤层巷道无法沿底掘进的问题,通过对其地质条件和煤岩稳定性进行观测和分析,设计了锚网索托顶掘进超前支护方案,并进行相关试验研究。结果显示,采用该技术后,巷道的成型效果较好,没有出现较大的顶板离层、鼓帮和冒顶现象,同时减少了回采期间压架落底环节,提高资源采出率,节省人工和材料费用,具有较好的经济效益和安全效益。
In order to solve the problem that roadway in soft and thick coal seam cannot be driven along the floor in Xinyi Coal Mine,through the observation and analysis of its geological conditions and the stability of coal and rock,the advanced supporting scheme of bolt mesh cable supporting,driving with top coal holding was designed,and relevant experimental research was carried out.The results showed that,after adopting this technology,the forming effect of roadway is better,there is no large phenomenon of roof separation,drum and roof collapse,at the same time,it can reduce the link of pressing frame and falling floor during mining,improve the recovery rate of resources,and save the cost of labor and materials,and can achieve good economic and safety benefits.
