摘要
煤矿生产过程中,需要根据当地的地质情况,选择适宜的采煤方法,提高采煤的效率和安全性。但是在实际生产的过程中,地质条件以及技术水平的限制会影响采煤方法的选择,从而制约了采煤的顺利进行。采煤方法的选择的影响因素有很多,为了弥补传统评判方法的主观性,采用层次分析法构造了具有3个一级要素(地质因素(u1)、煤层条件(u2)、企业因素(u3))和10个二级要素的层次结构,并根据矩阵计算确定了一级评判因素、二级评判因素的权值。企业可在实际选择时根据影响因素程度进行优先级考虑,以期选择最合适的采煤方法。
In the process of coal production,it is necessary to select appropriate mining methods according to the local geological conditions to improve the efficiency and safety of coal mining.However,in the actual production process,due to the limitations of geological conditions and technical level,it affects the selection of mining methods and restricts the smooth progress of mining.There are many factors influencing the choice of coal mining methods.In order to make up for the subjectivity of the traditional evaluation methods,this paper used the analytic hierarchy process to construct three first-level elements,namely geological factors(u1),coal seam conditions(u2),the enterprise factor(u3)and the hierarchical structure of 10 second-level elements,and the weights of the first-level evaluation factors and the second-level evaluation factors were determined according to the matrix calculation.Enterprises can make priority considerations according to the degree of influencing factors in actual selection,to choose the most suitable coal mining method.
