基于DFMA的复合分子泵优化及评价

摘要 DFMA技术是并行工程关键技术的重要组成部分,贯穿产品开发全过程,具有明显的优势,越来越受到企业的重视。本文基于DFMA理论和技术,在复合分子泵产品的早期设计阶段,以缩短产品开发周期,减少产品成本和提升产品质量为目的,对产品的可制造性和可装配性进行分析,考虑产品工艺性、技术特性和经济性等多种因素,优化产品设计。最后采用综合评价方法,构建评价模型,对优化前后的方案进行评价对比,证明了优化方案的合理性和可行性。 The DFMA technology is an important part for the key technology of concurrent engineering,which runs through the whole process of product development.The DFMA technology has obvious advantages with more and more attention by enterprises.In this paper,based on DFMA theory,in the early design stage of composite molecular pump products,in order to shorten product development cycle,reduce product cost and improve product quality,the manufacturing and assembly of products were analyzed,and we optimized product design by considering various factors such as technicality,technical characteristics and economy.At the same time,the comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to construct the evaluation model and compare the schemes before and after optimization,confirming the rationality and feasibility of the optimization scheme.
