Structural Design of a Super High-Rise Bank Building in Uzbekistan Under 9Degree Seismic Fortification Intensity

摘要 乌兹别克斯坦某银行总部大楼位于其首都塔什干,处于9度抗震设防区,建筑总高度为135.1m。综合考虑造价、工期、材料供应等因素,采用了带有阻尼器的钢骨混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,在设备层结合悬臂桁架设置了黏滞阻尼器,在部分楼层的连梁中设置了连梁阻尼器,在部分剪力墙和框架柱中设置了钢板或钢骨。进行了结构超限分析,提出了结构的抗震性能目标;描述了结构弹性分析的主要结果。针对黏滞阻尼器和连梁阻尼器进行了结构减震分析,阐述了阻尼器的减震效果。结合钻石形钢屋顶的空间形状选择了合适的结构方案,描述了钢屋顶结构设计中的关键问题。最后,介绍了整体结构的大震弹塑性分析结果。 A bank headquarter is located in Toshkent,the capital of Uzbekistan,where the seismic fortification intensity is 9 degree.The total height of this building is 135.1m.Considering the construction period and cost,material supply and other related factors,a steel reinforced concrete frame-core system with dampers is adopted.Viscous dampers with outriggers are used in refuge stories,and coupling beam dampers are used in some stories.Steel plates or steel columns are embedded in partial shear walls and frame columns.Structural beyond limit analysis is conducted and seismic performance goals are suggested.Structural elastic analysis results are given.The structural vibrationreduction analysis of viscous dampers and coupling beam dampers are carried out.Then the vibration-reduction effects of the dampers are described.Combined with the spatial shape of diamond-shaped steel roof,a suitable structural scheme is selected,and the key issues in the design of the steel roof are elaborated.Finally,the results of elasticplastic analysis of the overall structure are described.
