摘要 为提高钢结构工厂质量检测管理的信息化水平,实现质检过程可视化和信息共享,提出一种结合BIM和WebGL技术的面向钢结构工厂无纸化质检的系统。在明确系统需求、定义相应功能、描述系统工作流程、建立系统整体框架的基础上,基于BIM及WebGL技术搭建了系统平台。平台利用BIM技术实现BIM模型到构件图纸再到构件属性智能拆分读取,利用WebGL技术实现构件图纸在浏览器中渲染及操作。研究表明,结合钢结构工厂质检应用场景设计面向钢结构工厂的无纸化质检应用打破了常规的质检方法,实现了工厂加工质量精细化管理,提高了构件的加工质量,实现了全过程的质检信息分享。 In order to improve the level of informatization in steel structure factory quality inspection management and realize the visualization and information sharing of quality inspection process,apaper-free quality inspection system for steel structure factory is proposed,which combines BIM and WebGL technology.On the basis of clarifying the system requirements,defining the corresponding functions,describing the system workflow,and establishing the overall framework of system,the system platform is built based on BIM and WebGL technology.This platform applies BIM Technology to realize BIM model to component drawing and then to component attribute intelligent split reading,and uses WebGL technology to realize component drawing rendering and operation in browser.The research shows that the paper-free quality inspection application for steel structure factory is designed based on the quality inspection application scenario of steel structure factory,which breaks the conventional quality inspection method,realizes the refined management of factory processing quality,improves the processing quality of components,and realizes the quality inspection information sharing in the whole process.
