坐位调膝法治疗膝骨关节炎的治疗理念与原理初探

坐位调膝法是在继承丁氏推拿学术观点的基础上,将按法与患者的主动运动、术者的阻抗运动及关节附属运动相结合,形成的一种针对膝骨关节炎(KOA)的推拿手法适宜技术,该手法可有效改善KOA患者的膝关节疼痛与关节功能障碍,同时可提升KOA手法治疗的工作效率。分析、阐释坐位调膝法的产生思路、操作步骤、技术特点、治疗原理及其相关临床研究,旨在促进坐位调膝法治疗KOA的临床应用,为KOA患者带来更优质的治疗方案。

The method for adjusting knee joint in a sitting position is an appropriate massage technique specially aimed at knee osteoarthritis(KOA),which inherits the academic ideas of Ding’s manipulation and combines the pressing manipulation with the active motion of the patient,impendence motion of the manipulator and accessory motion of knee joint.This manipulation can effectively improve the pain and dysfunction of knee joint in patients with KOA,meanwhile increase the work efficiency of manipulation treatment.This paper analyzes and expounds the origin thoughts,operation steps,technique characteristics,treatment principals and correlative clinical research of the method for adjusting knee joint in a sitting position,which aims to promote the clinical application of the method for adjusting knee joint in a sitting position in treating KOA,and provides the better therapeutic regimen for patients with KOA.
