摘要
目的探讨推拿对运动性疲劳大鼠腓肠肌肌浆网代谢相关酶活性的影响。方法10周龄健康雄性Wistar大鼠60只,采用跑台运动的方法建立运动性疲劳模型,剔除不善运动大鼠30只,剩下30只随机分为空白组、模型组、推拿组各10只,推拿组每天跑台运动后推拿足三里、承山穴,每穴5 min,第28 d观察大鼠腓肠肌肌浆网Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果①模型组SOD与空白组比较,SOD活性明显降低(P<0.05);推拿组与模型组比较,SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05)。②Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-ATP酶组间比较,有上升趋势(P>0.05)。结论推拿可以通过影响SOD、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-ATP酶的活性达到缓解运动性疲劳的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of massage on metabolic related enzyme activity of subeal myoplasmic reticulum in exercise-induced fatigue rats.Methods 60 healthy male Wistar rats of 10-week years old were used to establish sports fatigue model by using the method of treadmill movement.Thirty rats with poor exercise were excluded,and the remaining 30 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and massage group with 10 in each one.After running every day,the massage group took massage on the point Zúsānlǐ(足三里ST36)and the point Chéngshān(承山BL57),5 min per point,and were observed the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Ca^2+-ATPase,and SOD of rat iliac muscle plasma network.Results(1)Compared with the blank group,SOD activity was decreased significantly in the model group(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the SOD activity was increased significantly(P<0.05).(2)There was an upward trend in Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Massage can relieve exercise related fatigue through improving the activity of SOD,Na^+-K-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase.
