不同盐对壳聚糖膜性能的影响

Effect of Different Salts on Properties of Chitosan Film

摘要 试验旨在研究不同盐对壳聚糖膜特性的影响,以期改善壳聚糖膜的性质。结果表明:添加乳酸钙对壳聚糖膜的透过率没有影响,而添加其他盐均会降低壳聚糖膜的透过率,其中氯化钙对壳聚糖膜的透过率影响最大;添加盐可以降低壳聚糖膜的抗拉强度,增大壳聚糖膜的最大伸长率;由扫描电镜图片可知,添加乳酸钙所制备的壳聚糖膜的表面和断面是较为光滑平整的,而添加其他盐后壳聚糖膜的表面和断面均变得粗糙。 The effects of different salts on the properties of chitosan film were studied in order to improve the properties of chitosan film. The results showed that the addition of calcium lactate had no effect on the transmittance of chitosan film, while the addition of other salts reduced the transmittance of chitosan film, and calcium chloride had the greatest effect on the transmittance of chitosan film. Adding salt can reduce the tensile strength and increase the maximum elongation of chitosan film. According to the scanning electron microscope images, the surface and cross section of the chitosan film prepared by adding calcium lactate were smooth and even, while the surface and cross section of the chitosan membrane were rough after adding other salts.
