块状食品封装机控制系统设计

Design of the Control System of the Bulk Food Packaging Machine

摘要 为了提高块状食品包装效率、提升块状食品包装质量、提高食品加工企业生产效率、提高中国食品产品的市场竞争力,设计一种基于PLC和人机触摸屏的枕式块状食品封装机智能控制系统。分析枕式封装机主要结构及工艺流程,详细介绍食品封装机控制系统硬件结构,通过PLC实现封装机的逻辑控制,并通过人机触摸屏实现控制系统参数设置、故障监控、数据采集等。在硬件结构基础上,完成PLC软件编程设计以及人机触摸屏软件设计。该控制系统具有稳定性高、抗干扰能力强、智能化程度高等特点,能够显著降低工人劳动强度,对于提高企业生产效率和提升产品质量具有重要意义。 In order to improve the efficiency of block food packaging, improve the quality of block food packaging, improve the production efficiency of food processing enterprises, and improve the market competitiveness of food products in China, an intelligent control system of pillow type block food packaging machine based on PLC and human-computer touch screen was designed. The main structure and technological process of pillow packaging machine were analyzed;The hardware structure of the control system of food packaging machine was introduced in detail;The logical control of the packaging machine through PLC was realized, and the parameter setting, fault monitoring, data collection, etc. of the control system through the human-machine touch screen were realized. On the basis of hardware structure, PLC software programming design and human-machine touch screen software design were completed. The control system had the characteristics of high stability, strong anti-interference ability, high degree of intelligence, and could significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers, which was of great significance to improve the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises.
