摘要
建立UPLC法测定西洋参保健食品中13种人参皂苷的含量,根据测定结果对西洋参保健食品进行品质评价。采用UPLC,色谱柱为Kinetex F5柱,PDA检测,以6种皂苷总量、Rb1/Rg1的比例和Rf为指标评价样品品质。结果表明,13种人参皂苷在2~200μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.998),加标浓度为5,20和50μg/mL的平均回收率为81.5%~97.3%,相对标准偏差小于10.0%,检出限为0.2~2.5 ng。在最佳色谱条件下,所建立的UPLC法具有较好的线性、回收率和精密度,可用于测定西洋参保健食品中13种人参皂苷的测定。
It was to establish an UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of ginsenosides in Panax quinquefolium health foods.According to the results of determination,the quality of Panax quinquefolium health foods health food was evaluated.The samples were separated with a Kinetex F5 column,and the detection was carried out by photo-diode array.The total amount of six saponins,the ratio of Rb1/Rg1 and Rf were used to evaluate the quality of samples.The results indicated that the 13 kinds of compounds showed good linear relationships in the concentration range of 2-200μg/mL(r>0.998).The recoveries were 81.5%-97.3%at the 3 spiked levels of 5,20 and 50μg/mL,and the relative standard deviations were less than 10%.The detection limits were 0.2-2.5 ng.The established method was simple,efficient,accurate and reliable,which could be used as a method of the determination of 13 kinds of ginsenosides in Panax quinquefolium health foods.
