摘要 随着生活水平的提高,传统的储筷机已无法满足现代化筷子存储的需求。基于此,设计了一款以STC89C52为主控制器的智能储筷装置,主要包括感应模块、烘干模块、消毒模块和传动模块,结合合理的机械结构设计,实现了烘干、消毒、全密闭存储、感应取筷等功能,避免了筷子与空气、手与筷子机之间的接触,提高筷子存储状态下的卫生质量。该装置具有低成本、高标准、结构简单、使用便捷等特点,可以推广到家庭、公共餐厅、餐馆等多种场合,具有广阔的应用前景。 With the improvement of living standard,the traditional chopsticks storage machine has been unable to meet the hygienic requirements of chopsticks.An intelligent chopsticks storage device with STC89C52 as the main controller is designed,which mainly included human body sensor module,drying module,disinfection module and chopsticks transmission module.Combined with the reasonable mechanical structure design,the chopsticks storage device realizes the functions of drying,disinfection,fully airtight storage and non-contact induction,which can avoid the contact between chopsticks and air,hands and chopsticks machine,and improves the hygienic quality under the storage state of chopsticks.The device has the characteristics of low cost,high standard,simple structure and convenient use,and could be applied to many occasions such as family,dining hall and restaurants,so it has a broad application prospect.
