Research on the Insulation Characteristics of Air Press Probes

压力受感器的绝缘电阻是其主要性能指标之一。绝缘失效引起的问题有:人员安全隐患、对其他机载设备工作的影响、结冰防护能力降低、工作可靠性降低。通过分析压力受感器加温电路的特点,给出绝缘电阻分析计算的等效电路模型,用以指导压力受感器的设计,并解决生产过程中的绝缘不良。

The insulation resistance is one of the main performance indexes for air press probes.The problems caused by insulation failure include:hidden danger of personnel safety,impact on the work of other airborne equipment,reduction of ice protection ability and work reliability.By analyzing the characteristics of heating circuit of the air press probes,the equivalent circuit model of the insulation resistance analysis and calculation is given to guide the design of the air press probes and solve the problem of poor insulation in the production process.
