摘要 对目前SMT(Surface Mounted Technology)生产线的具体运行做分析发现其存在着较多的问题,比如质量问题难以追溯、上料续件出错率高以及经营管理不及时等,这些问题的存在严重的影响了SMT生产线的综合价值发挥,所以对SMT生产线的相关内容进行讨论与分析现实价值巨大。就现阶段的资料研究来看,在SMT生产线的具体利用中要实现实时、精细化的管控,企业需要在实践中强调生产信息化建设,尤其是要强调生产信息化建设中的制造执行系统(MES)利用,因为该系统的使用可以解决生产线控制系统和企业生产管理信息系统结合中的具体问题。总的来讲,制造执行系统实现了生产现场数据的实时收集,达到了管理优化的目的。文章在SMT基础上对数据采集技术等进行分析,旨在为实践提供帮助。 By Analyzing on the actual operation of the current SMT technology production line,it is found that there are many problems,such as difficult to trace back the quality problems,high error rate of loading and continuing parts and not timely operation and management.These problems seriously affect the comprehensive value of the SMT production line,so the discussion and analysis on the relevant content of the production line is of great practical value.On the basis of the data research at the present stage,in order to realize real-time and fine control in the concrete utilization of SMT production line,enterprises need to emphasize the construction of production informatization in practice,especially the use of manufacturing execution system(MES)in the construction of production informatization,because the use of this system can solve the specific problems in the combination of production line control system and enterprise production management information system.Generally speaking,the manufacturing execution system realizes the real-time collection of production site data and achieves the purpose of management optimization.Based on the SMT,the paper analyzes the data acquisition technology and so on,aiming at to provide help for practice.
