文明城市视角下的共享单车发展研究——以荆州市为例

Styudy on the development of shared bicycle from the perspective of civilized city——Take Jingzhou as an example

文明城市的创建风靡全国,各地争相创建文明城市。在提倡低碳出行、绿色环保的大时代背景下,共享单车作为城市解决城市公共出行“最后一公里”问题的优选方式而应运而生。共享单车的出现,极大地便利了市民的生活,但是仍然存在诸如公为私用、恶意破坏等违反社会公德的行为,这与文明城市的标准是大相径庭的。本文主要就文明城市视角下,共享单车的使用存在的问题以及如何更好地使用共享单车,充分发挥其优势,助力文明城市的建设进行初步的探讨。

The establishment of civilized city is popular all over the country,and all regions strive to create civilized cities.Under the background of advocating low-carbon travel and green environmental protection,bike sharing emerged as the best way to solve the"last kilometer"problem of urban public travel.The emergence of bike sharing has greatly facilitated people's life,but there are still acts against social morality,such as public for private use,malicious damage,which is quite different from the standards of civilized cities.From the perspective of civilized city,this paper mainly discusses the existing problems in the use of shared bicycles and how to better use shared bicycles,give full play to their advantages,and help the construction of civilized city.
