Key techniques of pile foundation design and construction for wharf built in karst area

摘要 随着内陆河流、交通水系建设的发展,内陆河流建造码头的需求越来越大.对于岩溶地质条件内陆河流建造的高桩梁板式码头,其桩基设计和施工存在较大难度.通过对江西某内河码头工程实例的分析研究,提出设计、施工方面的关键技术方案,包括前期勘察技术、溶洞顶部岩体稳定安全有限元验算方法、灌注桩穿越溶洞技术方案以及常见问题处理办法等,解决了岩溶地区码头桩基设计及施工的难题,可为国内类似工程提供参考和借鉴. With the development of inland river and traffic water system construction,the demand of wharf construction in inland river is increasing.For the high-pile beam slab wharf constructed in inland river under karst geological conditions,the design and construction of pile foundations are difficult.Through the analysis and research on an example of an inland wharf project in Jiangxi,the key technical schemes for design and construction were proposed,including preliminary survey techniques,rock mass stability and safety finite element checking methods at the top of the cave,technical solutions for pouring piles through the cave,and solutions to common problems,etc.The problems in pile foundation design and construction of wharf in karst area are solved,which can provide reference for similar projects in China.
