摘要 高桩码头桩基修复受材料、施工条件等因素影响较大,特别是对于缺陷位于水位变动区或水下的情况,难度更大.结合浙江某码头桩基修复加固实例,对目前高桩码头受损混凝土桩基的几种修复加固技术进行了分析及探讨,针对桩基缺陷位置处于水位变动区,高潮位时桩基全部没于水中,其修复加固施工时间和空间都极为有限等特点,提出了钢套筒压力灌浆法和复合纤维材料包覆法两种合理可行的桩基修复加固方案.从检测结果和工程应用实施效果来看,以上两种方法施工方便、技术先进、经济合理、质量可靠,对类似桩基修复工程具有较好的参考价值和推广应用意义. The repair of pile foundation of high pile wharf is greatly affected by the factors such as materials and construction conditions,especially for the defective position located in the area of fluctuating water level or underwater,it is more difficult.Combining with the example of pile foundation reinforcement of a wharf in Zhejiang Province,the current several reinforcement technologies of damaged concrete pile foundation of high-piled wharf were analyzed and discussed.In view of the fact that the defect position of the pile foundation is in the water level fluctuation area,the pile foundations are completely submerged in the water at the high tide level,and the construction time and space for reinforcement are extremely limited,two reasonable and feasible repairing and strengthening schemes of pile foundation reinforcement were proposed,which are steel sleeve pressure grouting method and composite fiber material cladding method.From the perspective of engineering application and implementation effect,the above two methods are convenient for construction,advanced in technology,reasonable in economy and reliable in quality,which have good reference value and popularization significance for similar pile foundation repair projects.
