一种具有多组分的保健食品改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎不适症状的功效分析

Efficacy of one multi-component dietary supplement on improving the symptoms of type Ⅲ prostatitis

目的评估一种具有多组分的保健食品改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者不适症状的功效与安全性。方法2018年7月至2018年12月纳入符合美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)诊断标准的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者80例,口服保健食品,3粒/次,2次/d,时间为60 d。使用NIH慢性前列腺炎指数(NIH-CPSI)、血清TNF-α、雌二醇含量评估患者服用保健食品前后症状改善情况。结果76例患者最终完成本研究,在服用保健食品前、服用后15、30、45、60 d后,NIH-CPSI评分分别为(26.14±7.65)、(19.07±9.54)、(18.84±9.48)、(19.50±9.85)、(18.12±9.20)分,与服用前相比,服用后15、30、45、60 d均有明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。76例患者在服用保健食品前、服用后30 d,血清TNF-α含量分别为(7.46±3.22)、(6.96±3.82)pg/mL,雌二醇含量分别为(112.88±39.63)、(95.27±37.75)pg/mL,与服用前相比,服用后30 d后血清TNF-α、雌二醇含量明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。服用保健食品期间所有患者均未发生不良反应。结论这种具有多组分的保健食品能够缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者不适症状,提高患者生活质量,且无不良反应,值得患者使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of one multi-component dietary supplement on improving the symptoms of discomfort in patients with typeⅢprostatitis.Methods Eighty patients with typeⅢprostatitis according to the diagnostic standards of the American National Institute of Health(NIH)were selected from July 2018 to December 2018.All patients were treated orally with the dietary supplement for 2 months(3 tablets,2 times per day).The NIH chronic prostatitis index(NIH-CPSI),the serum TNF-α,and estradiol levels were applied to assess the improvement of symptoms before and after taking the dietary supplement.Results Seventy-six patients completed the study.After taking the dietary supplement for 0,15,30,45,and 60 days,the NIH-CPSI scores were(26.14±7.65),(19.07±9.54),(18.84±9.48),(19.50±9.85),(18.12±9.20)respectively,compared with 0 day,the improvement was significant at 15,30,45,60 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After taking the dietary supplement for 0 and 30 days,the serum TNF-αlevels were(7.46±3.22)pg/mL,(6.96±3.82)pg/mL respectively and the estradiol levels were(112.88±39.63)pg/mL,(95.27±37.75)pg/mL respectively,compared with 0 day,the serum levels of TNF-αand the estradiol decreased significantly after taking the dietary supplement for 30 days(P<0.05,P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred during the experiment.Conclusions The multi-component dietary supplement,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with type III prostatitis,improve the quality of life of patients,and has no adverse reactions,is worthy of patients.
