摘要
目的优化并建立新曲樟乳膏中硫酸新霉素含量的测定方法。方法采用盐酸水溶液提取硫酸新霉素。其含量采用衍生化紫外分光光度法测定,其中衍生化试剂为5-甲基二苯酚溶液,检测波长为664 nm。结果硫酸新霉素在2~30 U·mL^-1(2.87~43.01 mg·L^-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率>95%,RSD≤1.55%。结论该法具有简单、快速和准确等特点,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
AIM To optimize and develop a method for determination of neomycin sulfate in the Xinquzhang cream.METHODS Neomycin sulfate in the samples was extracted using water-hydrochloric acid(14∶1)solution,then was derivatized and determined using a spectrophotometric method.RESULTS The linearity of the correlation curves were obtained for neomycin sulfate(2-30 U·mL^-1),with the correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The mean recovery of assay was above 95%and RSD≤1.55%.CONCLUSION The method is proved to be accurate,reproducible and practicable,which can be used for quality control of the formulation.
