基于遥感影像的第三次国土调查村镇数据采集精度分析

摘要 为了客观评价第三次全国国土调查基于遥感影像的村镇数据采集的精度,利用农村集体建设用地与房屋调查的实测数据与国家下发的1m正射遥感影像数据相对照,对试验区域第三次全国国土调查村镇数据采集的点、线、面精度进行分析。结果表明,利用遥感影像采集的点位中误差约为1.273m,边长的平均相对误差约为2.47%,面积的平均精度约为95.54%。国家下发的1m正射遥感影像可以满足三调的精度要求。 To objectively evaluate the accuracy to data of villages and towns acquired by remote sensing images in the third national land survey,the point,linear,planar accuracy of them in the tested area are analyzed in this paper by comparing the measured data of rural collective construction land and housing survey with 1 morthophoto remote sensing image data issued by the state.The results show that the median error of points collected by remote sensing images is about 1.273 m,the average relative error of side length is about 2.47%,and the average accuracy of area is about 95.54%.The 1 morthophoto remote sensing image issued by the state can meet the precision requirements of the third national survey.
