乡村振兴背景下黄土高原地区传统村落的保护与发展研究——以甘肃省正宁县罗川村为例

Research on the Protection and Development Strategy of Traditional Vil ages in the Loess Plateau under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case of Luochuan Village, Zhengning County, Gansu Province

黄土高原地区分布着无数个传统村落,这些传统村落历史文化内涵丰富,极具保护价值。然而,由于黄土高原地区面临着严峻的人居环境危机,传统村落的延续受到了极大挑战。而乡村振兴战略的提出,对黄土高原上的这些传统村落来说是一次重要的发展机遇。文章以正宁县罗川村为例,在分析村落现状、总结现存问题的基础上,以乡村振兴战略为背景,从产业发展、文化遗产保护、村落风貌延续、基础设施建设、治理方式改革等方面提出具体策略,为黄土高原生态脆弱地区传统村落的保护与发展提供借鉴。

There are numerous traditional villages in the Loess Plateau, which have rich historical and cultural connotation and great protection value. However, due to the severe human settlements crisis in the Loess Plateau, the continuation of traditional villages has been greatly challenged. The strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important development opportunity for these traditional villages on the Loess Plateau. Taking Luochuan village in Zhengning County as an example, based on the analysis of the current situation of the village and the summary of the existing problems, taking the strategy of Rural Revitalization as the background, this paper puts forward specific strategies from the aspects of industrial development, cultural heritage protection, village style continuation, infrastructure construction, governance reform and so on, so as to provide reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in the ecological y fragile areas of the Loess Plateau.
