摘要
为寻求解决商业综合体明确自身定位,找到适合其自身提升商业活力的策略。本次研究从内外两个角度进行分析,包括外在城市规划中的选址、定位、规模与服务人群;内在建筑空间形式、交通流线、业态分布、场景设计和举办活动方式。文章调查采取实地调研和问卷、访谈和网络数据提取三者组合的调查方式,在消费者视角探讨进行提升策略探讨。
In order to find a solution to the situation that the commercial complex clearly defines its own position, find a strategy suitable for its own promotion of commercial vitality. This study analyzes from the internal and external perspectives, including the location, location, scale and service population in the external urban planning, the internal architectural space form, traffic flow line, business type distribution, scene design and the way of holding activities. This survey adopts the combination of field survey, questionnaire, interview and network data extraction to explore the promotion strategy from the perspective of consumers.
