On the Landscape Planning Strategies of Urban Renewal under the Concept of Silicon Alley——Take Landscape Planning of Baijiahu Silicon Alley, Nanjing as an Example

在全球化的大时代背景下,如何为传统产业地带赋能、刺激区域活力是许多城市与地区发展时亟需应对的问题。"硅巷"模式的出现为城市更新提供了新思路。文章首先分析总结了硅巷的发展起源、内涵及其景观空间特质,并进一步结合规划实践,从片区、地块、街区和节点四个景观规划尺度提出策略。通过点线面相结合、分步实施的方式,将硅巷文化体现在城市公共空间中,营造硅巷客厅。

In the context of globalization, how to empower traditional industrial zones and stimulate regional vitality is a problem many cities and regions need to deal with. The emergence of the "Silicon Alley" provides a new approach to city renewal. This article first analyzes and summarizes the origin, connotation and characteristics of Silicon Alley. And then, combining with practice, the article puts forward some landscape planning suggestions from area scale, block scale, streetscape scale and node scale. By working on different scales and different phases, these approaches will help embody the culture of Silicon Alley in urban public spaces, creating an urban living room of Silicon Alley.
