杭州市民居类传统砖木建筑保护与再利用探析

Protection and Reuse of Traditional Brick and Wood Buildings in Hangzhou

历史建筑是一个城市历史和文化的见证,具有极高的价值,杭州历史建筑保护工作已开展多年,涌现出了很多典型案例。文章立足于杭州市历史建筑的保护现状,对具有代表性的民居类砖木建筑进行研究。从建筑的功能空间、结构加固、节能改造等方面着手,探析杭州市传统砖木民居整体性能提升的措施,为之后的砖木建筑改造提供方向和相关资料。

The historical building is a testimony of the history and culture of a city. It has a very high value. The protection of historical buildings in Hangzhou has been carried out for many years, and many typical cases have emerged. Based on the protection status quo of historical buildings in Hangzhou, this paper studies the representative residential brick and wood buildings.Starting from the aspects of functional space, structural strengthening and energy-saving reconstruction, this article explores the measures to improve the overall performance of traditional brick-wood houses in Hangzhou, and provides directions and relevant data for the subsequent reconstruction of brick-wood buildings.
