社会福利院智精残人员核心活动空间设计——中荷两案例比较研究

Design of the Core Activity Space for the Disabled in Social Welfare Institutions—— A Comparative Study of China and Netherlands

社会福利院作为我国特困智精残人员的托底机构,已无法满足新的康复管理要求。文章通过对杭州市第一社会福利院和荷兰Dichterbij Velp精神障碍疗养中心两个案例的比较,分析二者在总体规划与核心活动空间上的特点,从而为我国社会福利院智精残人员核心活动空间提供改善策略。

The social welfare institution, as a supporting institution for the poor and intellectually disabled in China, has been unable to meet the new rehabilitation management requirements. The article compares the two cases of Hangzhou First Social Welfare Institute and the Dichterbij Velp Mental Disorder Rehabilitation Center in the Netherlands, and analyzes their characteristics in the overall planning and core activity space, so as to provide the core activity space for the intellectually disabled in the social welfare institution provide improvement strategies.
