村干部从商经历对农户创业行为的影响研究

AStudy on the Effect of Village Cadres Business Experience on Farmers Entrepreneurial Behavior

利用中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)对村干部从商经历对农户创业行为的影响研究发现,村干部从商经历能够显著提高农户创业的概率,这一结果在经过稳健性测试后仍然成立。进一步地,文章将村干部从商经历对农户创业行为的影响机制和异质性进行了检验,结果表明,村干部从商经历通过信息传递的途径提高了农户创业的概率,农户的民主参与加强了村干部从商经历对农户创业行为的影响,而互联网的使用削弱了村干部从商经历对农户创业行为的影响,必需型创业的农户更容易受到村干部从商经历的影响。此外,文章通过在原模型中加入人际关系、社会地位等影响农户幸福感的因素后发现,村干部从商经历促进农户创业对农户幸福感有显著的提升效应。根据研究结论,文章从完善村干部选拔机制、扩宽农户视野和见识、有针对性地完善基础设施三个方面提出了政策建议。

This paper uses Chinese family tracking survey data (CFPS) to study the impact of village cadres business experience on farmers entrepreneurial behavior. The study finds that the experience of village cadres in business can significantly improve the probability of farmers starting their own businesses, which is still true after the robustness test. Further, the paper tested the influence mechanism and heterogeneity of village cadres business experience on farmers entrepreneurial behavior. The results show that village cadres business experience helps to improve the probability of farmers entrepreneurship through information transmission. The democratic participation of farmers strengthens the influence of village cadres business operation on the entrepreneurial behavior of rural residents, while the use of the Internet weakens the influence of village cadres business experience on the entrepreneurial behavior of rural residents, and the farmers who need to start businesses are more susceptible to the influence of village cadres business experience. In addition, by adding interpersonal relationship, social status and other factors that affect farmers happiness into the original model, the paper finds that village cadres business experience significantly promotes farmers entrepreneurship and contribute to the significant effect on farmers happiness. Based on the research findings, this paper puts forward policy suggestions of improving the selection mechanism of village cadres, broadening farmers horizon and knowledge, and improving targeted infrastructure.
